I've got you!  As a busy working mum myself I know how precious your time is. And I know how even more limited it is during COVID-19.  So I've designed this mini course to be bite-sized.  The videos will take no more than 10 minutes to watch. Plus my intention with the tools and strategies is to actually save you time.  

There will be five lessons.  Each day, starting on Sunday 19th July a lesson will be shared.  But the content will be available for you to watch at your own pace. 

Starting on Sunday 19th July you will receive a video introduction to the course.  Each morning you will then receive an email with the next lesson. Each evening at 8pm I'll be doing a Facebook live in our exclusive group for the course members. You can ask me questions on the lessons or get some laser coaching on any areas you want extra support.  The Facebook Lives will be available on replay to watch at your convenience if you're not able to join me live.

I've made it super easy for you to access your mini course - I've created your own personal learning hub.  All you need is an internet connection and you'll receive login details to access the videos and learning material.  All designed to make it really easy and an enjoyable learning experience!
